**Important Information**

Please note that there are some places at hill station where vehicles are not allowed. You have to manage sightseeing of that place by your own. Parking is always a big problem at hill stations, so sometimes drivers have to Park the vehicle away from the hotel. Please ring your driver 1 hour prior leaving the hotel.

  • Vehicle operational time will be from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
  • AC will be non operational in up-hill and down-hill due to safety reasons.
  • AC will be not operational if vehicle is in rest position.
  • Driver may avoid some point due to heavy traffic or Jams.
  • Guest need to walk a bit to the parking area to reach out the vehicle in Hill stations.
  • Above mentioned rates are Inclusive of toll Taxes and Driver Allowance.
  • 1 Full day tour of Local Manali.
  • 1 full day tour of local Shimla and Kufri.
  • On the way visit Kullu and Manikaran.
  • Vehicle for Rohatang will be charged additional.
  • Please regularly carry lots of water and some eatable with you as some times it may take long in Jams.

Exclusions

  • Airfare, Rail Reservations.
  • Personal expenses or personal entertainment will be paid by client.
  • Any deviation from route plan.
  • Boating Charges, Rafting Charges, Special Costume Charges for cold region like Rohatang, Cable car charges. Camel Safari Charges.
  • Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls, Room Heater.
  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Amusement Park charges, National Park, Entry Tickets, Museum Entry Tickets will be directly paid by client. Camera Charges.
  • If vehicle will be travel on the night after 09:00 PM, 350 Rs per hour charges applicable.

Payment Policy

  • Request to pay 50% advance at the time of booking, In case of Air package, 50% of Land package cost and full amount of Air Tickets cost should be paid as an advance. Balance/ Final payment 5 days prior to the date of commencement on Tour.
  • In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing or by text.
  • Last moment alterations in tour plan or any kind of extension due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason will be directly paid by Guest or will attract additional cost as per actual.
  • Air Tickets/Rail Tickets/Cruise Tickets/Bus Tickets cancellation charges will be applicable as per company norms.
  • In case of any Flight Cancellation before Departure/After Departure same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part and Refund of Flight Part will depend upon receipt of refund from Airline & Travellers Planner/ Planet Dreamz Services Pvt Ltd does not have and liability for Same.
  • Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund / Cancellation. No Change / No refund in package if flight delays/cancel  due to any reason.

Weather/ Best Time to Visit:  October to February is the winter season and is considered to be the best time to visit Manali if you like the cold and January is best to enjoy the chilly pleasure of fresh snowfall. The temperature drops down below zero degrees Celsius. Summer in the region starts in the month of March and lasts till June.

Himachal Pradesh is well connected by Air with other state of India. There are total 3 Airports in Hmachal Pradesh Shimla, Kullu and Dharamshala. Shimla and Dharamshala are very well connected with Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other major cities.

Trains Available and there timings as on date

Ambala and Chandigarh are the major Railway Station to plan your trip to Manali or Shimla as Manali do not have any train connectivity and shimla also have few options available. To Visit Dharamshala and Dalhousie one take take reservation upto Pathankot. Pathankot and Ambala are  very well connected by train from all major state and Cities of India like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.

Himachal Pradesh is directly connected by New Delhi by road/ Bus Services.
